It's a lovely old hotel for a trip in Istanbul. The staff is caring, very friendly. The venue has well-kept rooms complete with 2 single beds and the very large table etc, for example. Will be returning here soon if we go to Istanbul.

Helpful staff. Clean, quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Excellent location, near Galata Tower, Istiklal, and Karakoy Ferryboat station. Spectacular Bosphorus views from rear-facing rooms. Rooftop restaurant/bar offers stunning views of Sultanahmet and Galata Tower.

Some of the stafff were excellent but many were quite sullen with a poor grasp of English.Room was a good size with a great veiw over the Golden Horn.It was nice and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful but nothing special Lovely views from dining room.

It is very well situated in the beygelou area and the staff are very warm and friendly. I have answered the above ro a Blackberry and have assumed that I have ticked Excellent for all the above.

Our room, although a beautiful and large room, faced on to the Galata Square which was very noisy with music and performers until very late at night. Other smaller rooms were quieter.

Came in Istanbul for trip, the hotel met the purpose. The staff was extremely helpful and everything was perfect. We stayed in a well-kept and modern room, and liked it. The location was comfortable there, in the old town.

Great value for money, the room was cozy and had a beautiful view. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to Galata Tower, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast items could be more varied.

I like the intimacy and home-feel of the hotel. The service is good and so the price.The views of both the Bospherous and Golden Horn at the roof restaurant is definately a plus for me.

The shower is difficult to adjust.

The location

We stayed on the first floor and the room was very, very loud. We had a hard time sleeping.

Great service, outstanding room with the very large table etc and twin beds, for example. Nice and perfect location, a couple of blocks away from Neve Shalom Synagogue, loved this place.

The views at this wonderful boutique hotel were outstanding. The room was outstanding, and modern, with a mini bar, satellite television, and climate control. The property was in a wonderful location, on smaller museums.

All good — we greatly enjoyed this fabulous boutique hotel — the food was great and the staff were outstandingly friendly and excellent. The location was marvellous, in the heart of the city with easy access to main shopping street and a shopping street;)))

The common areas are spacious and well-maintained, offering plenty of comfortable seating areas for senior people to relax and unwind. Accessibility is also a great advantage, with convenient ramps and elevators that make it easy for older guests to navigate the hotel.

It would be even better if the children working there could offer more assistance to senior guests, especially in terms of helping with luggage or providing additional support when needed.
